SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING

The PIA Objects of Light jewelry collection is hand-fabricated and Made-To-Order. Please allow approximately four [4] weeks for Made-To-Order pieces and eight [8] to twelve [12] weeks for Custom Design articles, depending on the intricacy of the design. If you have a time-sensitive request, please reach out—whenever possible so that we can do our best to accommodate.

All our packages are shipped with Complimentary Express Shipping that is tracked and signed for.

In the USA we ship with UPS Overnight Express. Delivery typically arrives the next business day, though in some regions it may take 1–3 business days.

For International orders, we ship via DHL International Express to the UK, Ireland, Canada, Europe, the UAE, Australia, and Asia, with a standard 3–5 day express delivery window. We’re continually expanding our reach. If you have any questions about international shipping, do not hesitate to ask us adorn@piaadorn.com.

We INCLUDE Shipping Insurance for all Custom Design Articles. 
While we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages, we do extensively follow up to find mislaid shipped orders should rerouting occur.

 

CUSTOMS TAXES 

For international customers, your order may be subject to customs taxes or duties based on the laws of your country. These fees are not included in your purchase and may vary depending on the total retail value of your order. If you have preferences for shipping methods or would like guidance, please feel welcome to reach out.

 

IN PERSON DELIVERY

We’re delighted to offer in-person delivery from the Designer for Bespoke orders and select collection pieces when travel schedules align. If this is something you’d enjoy, please contact adorn@piaadorn.com.

 

IN PERSON PICKUP

We offer in person pick up from our design studio at VOLTA, in Taos New Mexico, USA. If you’ll be visiting Taos, please let us know—we’d love to greet you.
