EXCHANGE POLICY | RETURNS | REFUNDS
Due to the nature of each article in the PIA collection being crafted with intention in limited quantities, our policies are designed to honor the artistry behind every creation. If you ever need guidance before purchasing, our team are here to support you.
Customized Made-To-Order pieces, Bespoke Designs, and all earrings are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
By confirming the purchase of an article, you as the client acknowledge and agree to these conditions. See below our guidelines and let us know via email, if you find yourself needing an extended return window for a gift.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Ready-To-Ship collection articles and Made-To-Order pieces that do not have distinct customization [for example: custom engraved initials, dates, names or language of a suggestive narrative, a custom gemstone placement] are eligible for exchange.
We accept exchanges within seven [7] days of receiving your order and can exchange for Ready To Ship Items or Collection Credit. Please let us know the article you are wishing to exchange with so that we can confirm its availability.

EXCHANGES ON DEPOSITS AND CHANGE ORDERS
Deposits are taken to initiate the start of select Made-To-Order Collection articles, and virtually all Bespoke Design projects. They are not refundable once an order has been started, however they can be exchanged for a CHANGE ORDER which is an adjustment to a Bespoke Design, or rolled over into Collection Credit if the design is in a production queue and has not been started.
CHANGE ORDERS to a Bespoke design after a design has been selected are subject to additional charges up to $350 per hour [depending upon intricacy to evolved design article and adjustment to the time frame] + [plus] the cost of additional gemstones and costs associated with material.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
PIA will accept returns on Ready-To-Ship collection articles only, within seven [7] days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn, in its original packaging and condition and has not been customized. Customization examples include: engraved initials, dates, names language of a suggestive narrative, a custom gemstone placement.

Refunds are issued in full, upon return of the article. While we do not deduct any costs from your refund, as the recipient you are responsible for paying the returning shipment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but do closely monitor the tracking and work with shipping companies to locate any package that has been re-routed.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order as production and design work typically begin shortly after the order is submitted.
FAULT OR DAMAGE
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing concern, please email us adorn@piaadorn.com for assistance so that we can take care of it. Repairs needed due to everyday wear — such as scratches, dents, or accidental impact — can be completed for a service fee.
