3. I WOULD LOVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH PIA
Direct appointment can be scheduled with the Designer, please email hello@piaadorn.com or direct message @piaadorn and we will share contact. In Person appointments are currently available for the high desert mountain city of Taos New Mexico, in the Southwestern United States and northern area of NM. Taos is in the Enchanted Circle and boasts the sacred 1000 yr old world heritage site - Taos Pueblo, an ocean of sage and hotsprings with a backdrop of sought after hiking and mountain biking, white water rafting, a world class ski valley with black diamonds galore, with world class fishing spots within a stones throw reach of the area. We would love to introduce you to the collection and to our cherished home in the mountains.
4. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
All pieces are Made To Order upon purchase of payment in full. We ask to please allow up to 4 Weeks for all collection items, though some pieces ship significantly faster as little as within 48 hours. We are happy to facilitate within the shortest time frame as possible where possible, please contact hello@piaadorn.com. Note that "custom collection article" timelines do vary. Please contact us with your time frame so that we have a prior arrangement expectation.
5. READY TO SHIP
All Ready To Ship items ship within 48 hours unless it requires a customization in which case it goes into our design queue.
6. SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 USA states and worldwide to Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia using UPS, UPS International or DHL Express (on all International over $1000 USD). All orders above $1000 USD will require a signature on delivery.
If you would like your order to contain additional shipping insurance please let us know. We will add additional shipping insurance if we feel that your collection order demands this.
We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages however will extensively follow up to find mislaid shipped orders should this occur.
7. CUSTOMS TAXES
International customers, your order may be subject to a customs tax when it ships to the country you are in. As a PÏA client it is your responsibility to pay any customs taxes on the shipment of your order if it is required. The amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent, based on the total retail value of your order.
8. WHERE IS THE COLLECTION MADE?
PIA is a conscious collection designed in Taos New Mexico and made in New York City and in Taos New Mexico.
We stand with the integrity of our Made To Measure product and include Certificates of Authenticity that are personally authenticated by Designer Pia, Natasha Pia Podgoretsky.
All collection items are slow made with fire and light to manifest an object designed to unleash, evoke and adorn your Supernature intuitively as a visual cue, via a process that values all alchemic aspects of the made to order process.
We believe all creations capture a little of the heart of the creator and believe in working with happy humans, a team paid a living wage, casting, setting from the wisdom of advice that comes from being passed down generations in family run businesses. It makes your objects of light and resilience sacred and closer to the heart knowing that each component is intuitively chosen, made to measure for you with happy hands and happy eyes. We know everyone we work with, and are happy to provide focused opportunities to artisanal markets, evermore so during unusual unprecedented times.
9. HIGH FREQUENCY GEMSTONES and METALS
For all Made To Measure custom collection pieces, we allow our client to view and choose their gemstones via video, and a series of detail images if in person viewing is not an option. We prefer to have an understanding of your lifestyle and approach to carrying yourself so an analysis of your lifestyle is always preferred in reference images [and not simply a zoomed in close up shot] so that we can understand proportions and how to reinforce a design if needed.
Each gemstone is otherwise chosen intuitively for its nature to manifest a feeling of light to your being. Each Pearl, meticulously selected. Each metal meticulously chosen for its attributes. ALL of our Diamonds are natural and conflict free. Where fully disclosed, we do list origin of our gemstones, to better enable you to understand our offerings. Our casters operation in New York City uses Fairmined Gold, our metals for our handmade pieces are all recycled. Our Platinum pieces are 95% pure / 5% Alloy.
As of September 2023, we are actively seeking the hallmarking process in England for metal purity validation which has the highest standards of jewelry validation internationally.

10. UNRELENTING CORE ETHOS
PIA believes in local business and appreciation of family run manufacture in a country of business and heritage, over outsourced mass manufacture. We are for equality, kindness, the fair and ethical treatment of animals, people, nations, hard work, sentiment, ethically made, renewable energy markets, responsible business markets, education, equality and liberty for all and our planet without exception. We believe that grit lives in all of us and demands to be cherished and nurtured through kindness and respect. We are learning. 11. ALLERGIES DISCLOSURE
If you have a Nickel allergy we ask that you please let us know in order to avoid White Gold alloyed with Nickel. Our White Gold castings use Palladium alloyed White Gold, however our hand made pieces can contain Nickel alloyed White Gold. We would suggest opting for Platinum or Sterling Silver respectively if you wish to avoid White Gold altogether and feel this could be an issue for you. We are happy to accommodate a custom design request.
12. RETURNS | REFUNDS
All collection order sales in our collection are considered final.
We do however accept cancellations within the first 12 hours of placing your order and will immediately start a full refund process.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns on our collection at this time for any item that has been received and worn. We can exchange within 7 days of you receiving your collection item provided it is unworn in its original packaging and has not undergone significant customisation; such as personal hand engraving or laser engraving, to monogram. We cannot exchange any item that has undergone deep customisation requests due to the nature of its work which often requires significant reworking in order to make it into a new piece for another client.
13. CARE AND REPAIR
All PIA Collection purchased directly from the designer is guaranteed authentic and informed by the design philosophy to uphold exquisite articles that will surpass a moment in this lifetime. Our dedicated operation maintains the highest of standards so that we can guarantee your collection article choices are free from defects. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will repair or replace free of charge at our discretion upon consultation of client history. Please feel welcome to reach out to us to extend communication past our order so that we can establish a client / designer relationship where we can best provide for you.
In situations where a collection has been obtained as a gift, from an auction, or away from our platforms in our distribution network it is at the discretion of the Designer, however we are often excited to review and reexamine our pieces that have transitioned out into the universe.
14. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SIZING GUIDE
We use US Ring measurements on our website and can size in 1/4 and 1/2 sizes, however if desiring to order in a different metric size than seen, let us know your size based on the units your country uses in checkout notes or by email and we will convert it to your US Ring Size.

Hands are a product of your lifestyle. In cold weather fingers will feel slimmer. In hot weather fingers will feel bigger and in extreme cases, swollen. Fingers tend to be larger on your more dominant hand, for most, this is the right hand. Fingers are slimmest at the beginning of the day and gradually swell throughout the day or when hot.
When measuring your finger ring size, you should use a 'Wide Band' Ring Sizer for sizing for our signet rings and a Slim Wedding Band Ring Sizer for our featherweight collection rings. We can also tailor your measurements according to photographic reference you provide that share nuances to shape so that articles will fit more comfortably for whom they are intended.

15. AUTHENTICITY AND COUNTERFEITING
PIA AND PIA LLC does not sell its collection merchandise through individuals, street vendors, unauthorised retail locations or unauthorised websites.
In an effort to protect its valuable brand and loyal clientele, PIA reserves the right to refuse the sale of PIA products to individuals engaging in reselling, transhipment activities, or the illegal duplication of the collection. Please contact us to report counterfeiters and unauthorised distributors of PIA merchandise.
16. WHAT SIZES ARE THE HANDS PICTURED?
Our collection features small to medium hands on an average height 5'6 - 5"8 wearers. However all rings are available in a size run up to a US 12, with select styles available up to US 15. All bracelets and cuffs are customisable, and all chains have customisable lengths. If you feel a chain length would be better suited at 28" instead of 24" for instance because of your height / personal preference we would love to accommodate you. We refer to photographic reference when collection articles are to be proportioned and tailored in certain manner in order to scale accordingly.
17. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
The PIA collection web store is secured using SSL encryption and uses PCI Compliance to privately secure customer information and all credit card details.
We accept Paypal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
All In Person / Virtual Appointments and Social Media Sale Experiences except the following person to person payment platforms: Zelle, Venmo and Paypal. We do not currently accept block chain technology but are working on being able to offer this as a payment ability in the forseeable future.
